About Ann Braue

Ann made her agility debut in April 2002 after 10 years in the competition obedience ring.  She rose quickly to compete at the National and World level.  Ann has competed internationally six times; four for the AKC World Team at the FCI Agility World Championships and twice as the USA Crufts representative.   This October, she and Scream will be competing in Germany at the 2010 FCI Agility World Championships.  In 2007, she along with her teammates Linda Mecklenburg and Carrie Jones won the silver medal at the FCI World Championships in Hamar, Norway.   Ann has competed in the finals of many national events.  She is a five time USDAA National Champion winning the $10,000 Steeplechase three times, the Dog Agility Masters Team Tournament and the Grand Prix of Dog Agility.   

 Ann is highly sought after as a private instructor and seminar presenter.  Her gift of teaching is combined with passion, creativity and motivation  provides a fun and rewarding environment for both the dog and the handler.  Ann’s training philosophy focuses on positive reinforcement and building a strong relationship with the dog while at all times maintaining consistency.

Ann currently owns five border collies and several cats.  She resides in Eau Claire, Wisconsin with her husband Mark.
